We sell the property with a tenant inside, this means that you can receive your rent the first five days of the following month, in the proportional part, and the full month when so arranged.

Property taxes are paid once a year, between the months of September and November. This payment is made from the monthly provision that is withheld from the rent and if there is a balance in favor, it is accumulated for the payment of the following year.
